Two decades of getting it right,
the first time.

Anthony grew up around the trade. School holidays meant tagging along on jobs around Auckland, and that’s where he started caring about the detail work – junctions, laps, the bits most people rush past but that determine whether something stays dry.

He spent the next decade working at some of the bigger names in the industry, picking up how other crews solved the same problems, before starting The Waterproofing Co eight years ago. Going out on his own wasn’t about being the boss – it was about builders being able to call him directly and know what they’re getting, instead of chasing an office.

Most of the work now is high-end residential to new builds and renovations on Waiheke and across Auckland’s more architectural projects.

Outside work, it’s family, golf and snowboarding when winter allows.
